This class will
provide an introduction to yoga postures
and breathing techniques to help children
develop strength, flexibility and endurance
while cultivating skills that promote
coordination, concentration and relaxation.
Drawing on the techniques of yoga can
empower children with tools to handle
stresses, moods and anxieties. We are
committed to creating programs for children
to learn yoga in a fun, playful and creative
environment that provides structure and
safety with experienced guidance. The
class is designed for those who are new
to yoga, and is recommended for
students ages 8 and older.
